Tour description 

Program includes: Arrival, clothing provided if needed, driving instructions, husky sled ride, time to cuddle the dogs and take more photos. In the heated yurt, guests are served a light snack with hot chocolate or warm juice, Karelian pasties and cookies, along with an introduction to huskies and their life.

Enjoy the scenery and listen to the soothing swoosh of the runners as you glide over the frozen lake.

When you arrive in the kennel, your guide will give instructions so that you can safely drive your sled down the trails. Then you will be shown to your own team of dogs who will be eager to get going. We will stop to take your photos at halfway, at which point the adults can change drivers if they wish to.

After the sled ride, there will be plenty of time to meet and cuddle the dogs. You can learn the names and personalities of the dogs in your team. Then we sit around the fire in the Yurt and enjoy some refreshments while your guide tells you all about the dogs lives.

Once Kajoo Lake is frozen, we can begin the longer tours. This tour is excellent for families.
